SHIPPING AND COLLECTIONS

• We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered in 5 working days after the order has been accepted by us and all the payment is made successfully.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges that may incur. Customer may inquire your local custom office for more details.
• Sweet Skin shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the Products caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond the control of Sweet Skin.
• You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the Products being in good condition and the responsibility for the Products ordered from that moment on.
• Generally speaking, since the goods being shipped are owned by the shipper or consignee, customs officers will only open Your package under certain circumstances. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, random inspections conducted by customs officers for detecting, preventing and investigating any illegal activities.
